where it was - unless you are implying there's a secret secondary webcam

There is talk of governments putting back doors and spyware in the
hardware of computers. If true it wont be long before every device
capable of internet access has to be registered on the NSA and MI5
websites by the used before it'll work.

All for our own protection from the bogeymen.

Well I guess you have no problem "sticking" it back on when you have done
whatever you were doing which required the web-cam.
