The US government has engaged in the aggressive, and illegal, and
criminal wars in Afghanistan and Iraq while supporting the internal
and external enemies of the USA and the American people by overt and
covert means. The lack of due process in these cases is only another
indication that the USA is increasingly an Orwellian, authoritarian,
and Machiavellian state!

is a war crime.
