America's founding was based on persons fleeing persecution in their
countries of origin to the Americas, to build a new life in a country
that was founded creating a US Constitution that created a legal
framework whose entire purpose and intent was to create a country
where people could live according to their beliefs and political views
where doing so did not remove that right from other people.
The fundamental principle being that Americans coexisted in peace
because we had created a legal framework which protected persons from
unreasonable search and seizure, as well as cruelty and forced
anything without due process protections in a court of law, that
protected the rights of every American to their rights to liberty and
the pursuit of happiness whoever they found that defined.
Our government by majority rule with minority and individual rights,
being one that was designed to also protect the rights of all
Americans by providing for representation in our government that
reflected all Americans.
Except when the disputes about the above being limited to white males
in America, America has gone through a historical self examination on
our actual practices being ones that did not apply to the majority of
US citizens, many of whom originally did not even have the right to
vote or own property.
Which as best as we are able, we have extended to all Americans,
currently the focus of pushback by our previously favored white male
traditional American society who was enormously privileged under those
terms, continually attempting to develop methods to turn that clock
back to when they had priority over every other American in the courts
as well as in our economic and political system.
Which has resumed to the point of Occupy Wall Street as that demand
for privilege has gone into a phase where the demand is for a near
caste like system in America that restores such persons to wealth and
privilege the majority do not enjoy.
Terms like "social" and "political" being used in that movement in
America the Tea Party developed out of a few years ago.
Both "social" and "political" being terms applied an exercise of
individual discretion in providing public services, EEO, the right to
equal justice under the law, or anything else, which in US history we
previously applied the term "corrupt" to, that popular culture no
longer does in America.
Which is currently a great divide in America which did not change its
laws, but has developed a large mostly upper class faction inciting
and conducting Tea Party political actions that void our entire
founding principles, US Constitution, and legal system.
Currently tearing our country apart and demanding exercise of a
complete near shadow government control that voids our entire legal
system for the majority in America reduced to Occupy Wall Street like
demonstrations that other and smaller countries have gotten the
majority the government back, but in this time of crisis with that
faction in America, has our country and our people endangered with a
struggle involving persons who are not spending their own money and
are burdened with none of the damages.
From what has become a violent vigilantism of persons who demand a
push back against extending the right to the American dream to all
Americans.
And their loss of majority vote in American when we did.
Which we continue to bear the burden from and need to add a plea to
end it, for the sake of the majority and our country.
