:
1. Mr K. in UN/UNSC-ICTY-Arrest (already since last year) complaining:
ICTY_2008ARREST-Accusations and(announced)ICTY_Procedural-Accusations:
~ aren't the same/don't congruent/don't correspond; ~ Exact(!), TRUE;
Quod non ?
2. Mr K. stands Trial, accused as SINGLE, ~ individual (and)or ~ Superior,
Mr K. NOT stands Trial as (member of) COLLEGIUM, such, here now so:
ICTY_Court will be aware of different trialpreparations for Mr K.;
If/When K. standing Trial don't know/remember/recognise himself/Himself
the meanings/evaluation/validations relationed to (all)Info(s)/Data(s),
who will ? His ICTY_Court given lawyer(s) ?
