No resident address, how to get one?

Hello,
My US company asks me a resident address. I am not a US citizen and I
work with a visa. I travel a lot and stay on hotels. Thus I do not
have a fixed abode.
Currently I am not on US thus I do not have even an US hotel address.
It seems that I cannot use a post office box.

Can I use a mailbox?
Do I really need an US address?
What are my solutions?

Thank you

What is "My US company"? Your employer?
What is the reason *they* say they need it?

An employer will likely want an address to send things like tax
forms, notifications about benefit plans, paychecks, etc. to. They
may also want one for a background check. They may also need to get
in touch with you in an emergency.

Why not? They won't accept it? You don't think you can get one? (Given
some of the 9/11 rules about P.O. Boxes, you might not be able to without
a physical address, which might have to be in the USA.)

Will the company accept it? Ask them. Will a mailbox company rent
one to you? Ask them.

Do I really need an US address?
Ask your company. If, while you are working, you are staying in a US hotel,
they might accept a hotel address, even if it changes occasionally.
