As a legal issue, most states have a law that requires any employer to
permit inspection of and exporting a copy of any the personnel file of
any current employee and for any former employee, but as demanded by
employers be a reasonable time limit of up to a year later.

Which has been turned into companies like Staffing Now/Accounting Now
showing up years later after the expiration of the time limits for the
forced production of personnel files and forced right to dispute their
contents, with claims made years later the victims could not possibly
have any information of at the time.

As persons filing first protests of UI insurance they did not protest
providing at the time, years later, and conducting a civil war with
the demand for several thousands of dollars, directed at persons and
pay scales afterwards Angie Dawkins of Staffing Now has explicitly
complained about on the record.

As information there is also a legal issue about Staffing Now being
given by IDES in the first place, which the law does not permit
either.

And continues to clearly and openly enrage the IDES staff involved as
the stated motivation for the harassment that never ends and continues
to involve IDES staff employee fraud and ID fraud in the procedures
out of Grayslake IDES in particular.

As an agency whose attorneys have removed the protections of the law
in practice by "policy change" that decided to terminate time limits
and protections for the public from this, which law required a
legislative change to the existing statutes for, first.

And currently have engaged in threats to the victims, regarding
malicious IDES employee conduct which continues to involve replacing
the victim with IDES staff to get the desired financial damages
inflicted, which Peter Zaper of IDES has demanded be handled as "the
claims of the mentally ill" who "need to be forced" to pay out
thousands of dollar in ID fraud created faked debts created this way.

Attached to innocent people who cannot force any specific legally
required complete one time disclosure of in writing, what Angie
Dawkins of Staffing Now decided to claim after getting illegal rate of
pay information out of IDES at Grayslake, as well as copies of what
she claims substantiates her claims.

To date which Zaper and Prousis continue to conduct as a method to
terminate that rate of pay and zero it out with fake garnishments and
legal fees that are putting existing mortgages into foreclosure.

About whatever IDES staff claim and which keeps being attached to the
victims who reported the problem at the time and continue to be
dragged through court by IDES demanding the victims get a judge to
force them to provide.

Which nobody can, and which makes persons filing fake protests a very
dangerous nightmare for the public.

For whom the law in practice has been corrupted to the point of no
return.

As IDES and the use of our warrant protected financial information and
ID's in that database has.

As a practice by IDES staff that has got to be more lucrative than
Licenses for Bribes, and certainly acts like what the US Border Patrol
issued a press release about some employees of theirs doing with the
law enforcement databases.

I guess the question I have is does Staffing Now/Accounting Now have
the legal loophole they claim about personnel records and employment
files to do things like this at a time their attorneys claim the
victims no longer have enforceable rights under personnel records
review laws of which there is one in almost all 50 states.

Completely removing the due process protections from malice and fraud,
to the point that Zaper, Prousis, and State of Illinois continue to
inflict enormous damages their relationships consider them to have the
social status to dish out refusing to produce discovery, so far for
over 12 months.

And continue to escalate retaliating every time the victims attempt to
enforce any form of rights in the procedure.

Which requires motions to judges who will not even let the victim
speak while their relationship fakes up another one, and about a
Grayslake IDES office that has continued to duplicate and triplicate
the filings and the fraud demanded be used as "evidence" in this
procedure, and used as faked evidence in this procedure.

About which hearings for a continuance are also being claimed to be
trial procedures.

Also all filed so massively repetitively, as the original hearings
were conducted after IDES staff had autogenerated a long list of what
they use as "evidence this subject matter was repeatedly evaluated at
the local offices" that the IDES login user does not even have to put
their name on, and IDES continues to completely block producing the
contents or appeals claimed to be filed by Grayslake IDES in.

While demanding an escalatingly forced payment of several thousand
dollars to relationships as a public corruption demonstration the US
Government in IL is even alleged to be relationships to and create the
power option to do in Illinois.

As Staffing Now/Accounting Now appears be focused on and conducted
with, as a part of a market that clearly created the need for Sarbanes
Oxley.
